Second class:
Science Week has been a highlight so far. We carried out fun experiments in class throughout the week, learning how sound travels, and how to keep germs at bay!
In Maths, we surveyed everyone in the class to find out what we love most. We used a tally to collect the data and made simple bar charts. This 2nd class loves PE, Margherita pizza, and pet dogs😊
We are also celebrating our differences this month. Our ‘Appreciation Station’ encourages pupils to write kind notes for each other, letting them know what they appreciate most about them. We enjoyed reading a book by a local author called ‘I am Different, I am me’, and we proudly wore our odd socks to promote awareness of diversity, inclusivity, and uniqueness!
