In 3rd class, we have been learning all about the Vikings and floating and sinking so we decided to create viking long ships that are able to float on water. You saw our designs in our last update and here are the finished products!
We tested them out and they could all float! Success!
We have also been learning about the weather and climate and on world environment day we listened to an assembly that focused on this year's focus on climate change. We learned so much and put all our knowledge together to create group posters!
We went to Croke Park to watch the camoige girls in their final and Olivia was one of their coaches. We made lots of signs and banners to cheer then on, as well as bracelets and headbands out of wool. You can see some of our banners in process. We sang our hearts our hearts out encouraging the girls!
We are very excited for summer and created some beach flip flop art!
We are really looking forward to our school tour and sports day!
