Microsoft paid us a visit today to show how their Micro:bit system works. Everyone had a super learning experience using the control panel on the Micro:bit website. The class programmed an exercise sequence, created their names and played a game of rock, paper, scissors using the micro:bit tools. Olivia Diamond was a fantastic co-ordinator and guided us all through the different applications. We will be using our knowledge to come up with an innovative tech solution to tackle a real-world problem inspired by the UN's global goals. We look forward to showcasing our work at the Microsoft open day in April of this year.
