Today, our 2nd classes explored LEGO Spike kits for the first time. Through hands-on building and simple coding activities, the children learned how to work together to follow building instructions and code to bring their models to life. The introduction to robotics workshop encouraged creativity, problem-solving and teamwork, making learning both fun and engaging.
Meanwhile, 3rd class students used LEGO Spike to take their learning a step further by creating imaginative stories. By designing characters, building scenes and programming movements, the children combined storytelling with technology. This creative approach helped develop their communication skills, logical thinking, and confidence while allowing their imaginations to shine. Vince from 'Think Big Space' even brought in a super cool rubik's cube solving robot to show the classes!
