1st class are the class involved in the Picker Pals programme for our school. Each year, the class receive their 'picker pack', which contains two litter pickers, gloves, instructions and bags. Each week, a lucky student gets to take this pack home to go litter picking with their loved ones. When they return the pack, they are asked to talk about what they found with their class and discuss how they can prevent the littering of these items and come up with solutions.
