My Intel Mini Scientist Experience by Prahaladh
Participating in the Intel Mini Scientist competition was an exciting and unforgettable experience—one that brought pride not only to me, but also to my school and family. As I stepped into the exhibition hall, I felt butterflies in my stomach—Would I win, or not? That question echoed in my mind throughout the entire event.
EvacSmart is a fire evacuation system that helps for rapid evacuation and does it dynamically and automatically. Smoke sensors operate the LEDs to direct the crowd to the safest exit.
The competition involved two rounds of judging, and all projects were carefully reviewed before a final shortlist was announced. When the moment came to reveal the winners, I braced myself for disappointment. But then, to my astonishment, the name of our school was called. Hearing it announced across the hall filled me with joy and pride as I walked up to the stage.
My parents were my greatest support throughout the project, always there to guide me and answer my questions. I also gained so much knowledge from this journey. I'm truly grateful to Intel and my school for giving me the opportunity to be a part of such a meaningful and inspiring event.
Prahaladh, we are so proud of you here in CETNS. This is a huge achievement and a testament to all your hard work. You are an inspiration to all of our students! Congratulations again!
