Our CETNS Girls’ Gaelic Football team put in a very brave and gutsy performance against a very strong St. Finian’s team. Unfortunately, it was not to be their day though not for the lack of determination and heart that they showed.
Throughout this campaign they have had to dig deep and come from behind to win. This is a team full of super footballers who have given their all in every match and the final was no different. It's important to remember that this is the second year in a row that this girls’ team has made it to the final in Croke Park. What an incredible achievement! As a school community, we are very proud of each and every one of them. Well done!
