Junior Infant Homework: 12th - 14th June:
The homework is as follows..
1. Reading book: Please continue to listen to your child read every night and to remind them when there is a tricky word. We will change books again on Thursday of this week. Please continue to ensure that books are in schoolbags every day.
2. Tricky words: Please revise all tricky words learned to date: I, the, he, she, me, we, be, was, to, do, are, all, you, your, come, some, said, here, there, they, go, no, so, my, one, by & like...
New tricky words for this week are as follows:
Tuesday - have
Wednesday - live
Thursday - give
As well as reading the tricky words it would be good to select some of the tricky words learned so far and encourage your child to put them in sentences and to practice writing them.
3. Sounds: It is very important to continue to revise the sounds on a daily basis with your child until they know them well.
4. Assembly: Please continue to practice your child's line for the assembly on Friday!
