In January, Sinéad’s class spent a lot of time discussing healthy eating. They looked at different fruits and vegetables. First off, the class tried a blindfold taste test. They guessed the fruit they were eating. They had so much fun!
To finish off healthy eating month, the class made fruit art, worked together to make some vegetable soup and wrote up all the ingredients used to make it! There was plenty of soup to go around.
